I am very disheartened and saddened to hear how your daughter died. You may not know me but I used to volunteer at All Children's Specialty Care Clinic on Friday mornings til noon doing arts and Crafts with the kids. I remember Jessica very distinctly and she was to this day one of my favorite patients to play with because she was so full of life and so vibrant. When she passed away it was many months before I learned of her death and it was only with the recent news article I learned the saddening news of the medical errors that led to such. My heart goes out to you and your family. Anyhow, I just wanted to say that it is very inspirational of you to start this foundation and thank you for doing this for those who have gone through something similar. Just this year I worked with a woman going through the same ordeal and trying to juggle her work with the extraneous amounts of time she must either work from home or take off to take care of her son. It is truly awe inspiring to know that parents like you exist who don't forget about all the other suffering kids when their own is gone, but rather try to assist those who are in a similar position.
